Montrell Martin-Due is a proud native of New Roads La. and attended public schools in Pointe Coupee Parish where I was blessed with some of the most extraordinary teachers.
After graduating high school from Pointe Coupee Central in 2000, I decided to further my education. With no experience in the medical field, I took a leap of faith and majored in nursing at Southern University. It was tough, but with hard work, prayers, and support from my loved ones, I graduated with a BSN in 2004. After gaining experience as a Registered Nurse, I decided to pursue my Master of Science in Nursing again at Southern University.
With GOD, experience, knowledge, and support from my family, I completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program while 5 months pregnant with my second child. Now, I am thrilled to be working at OLOL Family Practice Clinic.
